1st China Potato Expo 2010, to be held from 15th to 17th April 2010

To participants of the Dutch Potato Delegation

 

Together with the Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality Department (LNV) of the Embassy in Beijing, we will host a trade delegation including Holland Pavilion at the 1st China Potato Expo 2010 from 15th to 17th April 2010. (more info can be found at: www.chinapotatoexpo.com).

 

Until now 5 applicants have registered from various parts of the potato chain; some of you have requested to participate in other forms so we have now also made the options available to book raw space only or lounge facilities (poster area). The following will be offered:

 

Pavilion: Construction of a Holland Pavilion for the whole Dutch potato chain for optimal exposure

Booth: Each company will get a fully furnished booth of 3m2 per company for € 1000 or can book raw space or lounge facilities

Favorable location: The Pavilion (120m2 at present) will most likely be constructed in front of the main entrance of the expo

Promotion: To generate valuable business-leads as much as possible, companies will be promoted through Holland Promotion in advertising, Holland branding, guide books, seminars etc.

Services: Arrangements will be made for field visits, matchmaking activities, facilitating interpreters, practicalities, and catering services

Additional Events: Plans for an additional field visit to Sichuan and Chongqing are now being drafted; The expo can also be combined with a visit to annual meeting of the China Potato Association in Guizhou, most likely held from 10 – 13 April 2009
